Dr. John I. Gray III

Dr. Gray received his dental degree from the University of Kentucky.  After serving in the United States Coast Guard, he completed his internship and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Tennessee.  He began his practice in Tennessee but soon returned to Kentucky and has been practicing here since that time. Dr. Gray is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.  He is a member and past president of the Kentucky Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.  He is also a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a diplomate of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.  He has previously served as faculty in the Oral and Maxillofacial department at the University of Tennessee and the University of Kentucky.  In his free  time, he enjoys flying and spending time with his family.  

After decades of dedicated service Dr. Gray has retired from full time patient care. 

Dr. Gray will have no set schedule but will continue to provide patient care when his schedule allows.
